Brooklyn Nine-Nine Season 6 to Premiere on NBC in 2019

<img src="https://" /><p><a href=""><strong><em>Brooklyn Nine-Nine</em></strong></a> has been <a href="">rescued by NBC</a> and will return for season 6, but not until the start of 2019. Fans of <em>B99 </em>recently went through about 36 hours of panic and grief after learning that it had been <a href="">canceled by FOX</a>. However, amid a fierce social media campaign to save the show, several other networks and streaming platforms were already expressing interest in picking it up, and NBC (whose studio arm, Universal Pictures, produces the show) ended up staking a claim on a 13-episode sixth season.</p><p>The comedy series is set in a Brooklyn police precinct and features an ensemble cast, including Andy Samberg, Terry Crews and Melissa Fumero, as a group of (mostly) competent detectives.
