Today, Netflix released Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee’s Season 10 trailer on YouTube. In the clip entitled “Freshly Brewed,” Seinfeld bemoans the influx of long and complicated shows, with a black and white visual aesthetic mirroring vintage Americana commercials. After the iconic host establishes the 14-minute duration for each episode, actor Matthew Broderick makes a cameo appearance and sets up the the subsequent 93 seconds of colorful conversations. Through rapid-fire editing, the clip accentuates the titular premise while infusing laugher-filled dialogue between Seinfeld and comedians like Kate McKinnon, Dana Carvey, Hasan Minhaj, Neal Brennan, John Mulaney, Dave Chappelle, and the late Jerry Lewis, to name a few.

In 2015, former U.S. President Barack Obama joined Seinfeld on Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee, which demonstrated not only the clout of the series’ host, but also his ability to humbly engage with high-profile individuals. However, aside from the aforementioned Lewis — a comedy icon — the Season 10 trailer features mostly traditional comedians, along with popular television personalities such as Alec Baldwin and Ellen DeGeneres, both of whom are known for their comedic versatility. The new clip ends with the tagline “Think Short,” a sentiment that Seinfeld referenced on his personal Twitter account by stating “Your time is valuable. One car, two comedians, and some coffee. That’s plenty. We like to think short.”

Netflix continues to help well-known yet aging comedians re-invent their careers. Former late night star David Letterman currently has a monthly interview series called My Next Guest, and the addition of Seinfeld’s Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee suggests that subscribers can expect even more original content with some retro comedic appeal.
