Uncharted Designer Returns to Sony For Secret Project

<img src="https://https://static2.srcdn.com/wordpress/wp-content/uploads/2018/02/Nathan-Drake-Uncharted.jpg" /><p>Former <em>Uncharted</em> designer Quentin Cobb has returned to the <a href="https://screenrant.com/tag/playstation/"><em><strong>PlayStation</strong></em></a> family. The veteran game developer is now working for Sony as a senior game designer on a yet to be announced project. This comes after Cobb spent over a year at Daybreak Games working on their zombie survival MMO <em>Just Survive </em>(a spinoff of <a href="https://screenrant.com/tag/h1z1/"><em>H1Z1</em></a>) specializing in combat and level design.</p><p>Best known for spending seven years at Naughty Dog, Cobb began his career in 2010 as a quality assurance tester. His official position switched to game designer in 2012, where he primarily worked on multiplayer systems design. That included designing and implementing the bosses in <em>Uncharted 4: A Thief's End</em>'s survival mode. He wasn't solely multiplayer, though, as he contributed to both of the single-player campaigns of <a href="https://screenrant.com/tag/the-last-of-us/"><em>The Last of Us</em></a> and <em>Uncharted 4</em>.
